1. All online shopping companies in Australian does not provide delivery to Malaysia region. MG provide a channel for Malaysia consumers to purchase the Australian products they needed.

2. For one kg of parcel, a typical courier cost from Australia to Malaysia is AUD 26.50 (which is equivalent to RM 79.50), this does not include GST, insurance and any applicable duty. MG utilise the advantage of group purchase in order to reduce the logistic cost.

3. We do not sell the product through conventional retail outlet, all the saving from overhead can help to reduce the product cost to our consumers.

4. MG believes and forging a strong relationship with our customer by providing further discount rate to our regular customer who subscribe to the Monthly Box Subscription service.

5. We utilise Pos Laju service to deliver the product across West and East Malaysia.

6. For products with total value above RM100, the delivery is free of charge. Otherwise, a RM5 delivery charge is applicable.

7. For any bulk orders with total value above RM300, a further discount rate shall apply.

8. We provide different social media platform for product information, price inquiry and customer feedback.

9. Customer is welcome to contact and inquiry any Australia health product which is not currently offer by MG, we will help to source and provide the price for your considerations.
